1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the XSTYLR website (xstylrdesign.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. XSTYLR is a trading name of RetZero Ltd, ABN registered in Australia.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation will be honoured.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment via our secure payment processor (Stripe). We accept major credit and debit cards. An order confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Australia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping page for detailed information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unused, unopened decals may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Custom-made or personalised products are non-refundable. If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement.

6. Waitlist — Data Use, Discount Terms & Deletion Policy

We are fully transparent about how we use waitlist data. By joining the XSTYLR waitlist you agree to the following terms.

6.1 Data collected

We collect your email address only. It is used solely to notify you when the XSTYLR website launches and to deliver your waitlist discount. We will never sell or share your email with third parties.

6.2 Your 20% launch discount

As a thank-you for joining early, each waitlist member is issued a unique, single-use discount code worth 20% off their first order. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you sign in with the email address used to join the waitlist — no manual code entry required. The discount may not be combined with an XSTYLR Pro membership discount. It is non-transferable, single-use, and tied exclusively to the registered account email address.

6.3 Registration window — 30 days from launch

When the site launches, waitlist members will receive a launch email that includes their discount code and a 30-day deadline to create an XSTYLR account. You will receive reminder emails at 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before the deadline. If you do not create an account within 30 days of the launch date, your discount code will expire and your email address will be permanently and automatically deleted from our waitlist database.

6.4 Coupon validity after account creation

Once you create your XSTYLR account within the registration window, your discount becomes active and is valid for a further 30 days from the date of account creation. You will receive a confirmation email stating your exact expiry date. After the coupon expires it cannot be reinstated.

6.5 Automatic data deletion

All waitlist records are permanently and automatically deleted from our database within 30 days of the launch date — either when the registration window closes or when the member's coupon is migrated to their account upon registration, whichever is sooner. After this point no waitlist data is retained.

6.6 Unsubscribe

You may unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link included in every email. Unsubscribing removes your email immediately and forfeits any unused discount.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and other content on this website are the property of RetZero Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

XSTYLR / RetZero Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. The AR preview feature provides an approximate representation only and should not be relied upon for exact sizing or placement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
